About Us
Our History
We are a small family-owned museum located in Nuneaton. We started collecting war memorabilia in 2014 after a visit to France where we bought two helmets. After subsequent visits we bought more and more until it escalated into the collection it is today. Our favourite item in the museum was featured on the news in Arizona. It is a project to find soldiers on a signed nazi flag.
What sets our museum apart is our commitment to accessibility and engagement. We believe that history should be tangible and interactive. That's why we offer hands-on experiences with many of our exhibits, allowing visitors to connect with history in a meaningful way. Our free entry policy ensures that financial barriers never prevent anyone from learning about this important chapter in our shared history.
Today, we are proud to be recognized as the #1 thing to do in Nuneaton on TripAdvisor, a testament to our dedication to providing exceptional educational experiences. As we look to the future, we remain committed to our founding principles: preserving history, educating the public, and honoring the sacrifices made during World War II. We invite you to join us on this journey of discovery and remembrance.
